Crowntail still wont eat, picture inside

okay so i've had this betta for about four days now and he still wont eat or do much more than anything than lay on the bottom. he occasionally comes up for air but maybe once an hour if that

It looks to me like it could be a bacterial infection. You can treat it with Maracyn, which is a broad spectrum antibiotic.

where would i go about getting that? do you think that might be what's making him act that way?

It could be. You can get Maracyn at Petsmart, Petco or maybe even Walmart. I don't know what size tank he's in but make sure you keep up on water changes. Water quality is very important.

ill check there tomorrow when im down that way, ive been putting bettafix in his tank since today and yesterday to see if that would help. he's perked up a little but not a lot.
but ill definitely make a trip to petsmart and see if they have any
