Need Opinions/Suggestions!!!

Hi all,
I'm heading to the pet store on my way home from work in a few hours and needed your guys' advice on something. I have been treating my little guy for finrot since Sunday with bettafix and his fins seem to be doing much better. Nevertheless, he still has 2-3 tiny white spots on his 2 side fins that do not seem to be going anywhere.
Here's my questions:
1. What could they possibly be?
2. How should I treat them?

Since they seem to not be going anywhere I'm growing more worried about the possibilities. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

My boy Fishy has those too, I was wondering if it was a reaction from treating the fin rot. Hmm. I guess we'll find out when someone answers. lol

Yeah, he's had them since before I started treating him though. I wish I could just... take them off... =/ they're really bothering me!!!

Me too. I'm hoping they go away soon. Ugh
