Dropsy,bloat or constipation,sbd?

I am so confused by both my fish really.

From what I can tell, Elvis may home some kinda intestinal blockage. He has a slight swell towards the back of his body. He has an appetite,but pretty sure he aint pooping. So he is on a fast,see if that helps him any.

Morado,is swollen around his tummy. But i looked at pics of dropsy and that shows scales protruding from the whole body not just around the tummy. His only around the tummy. So maybe not dropsy after all? Just constipation or bloat or hell sbd. Alot of them say he would be lethargic and no appetite. He is very energetic and hungry. I also read though that some fish even though they do have one of those,they still will eat and act fine. Very confusing really.

I tried some daphnia on him last night. See how that goes. There seems to be a debate over the use of epsom salts,so I am not sure if it would help or not.

I've heard about epsom salts too, but never tried it. I won't try it unless I know what I'm doing. lol

So I put some epsom salts in my new girls water and in Morados. Dunno if its gonna help any. His swelling is not going down. I dont think its getting any worse,but it could be. I gave em both a pea as well. I may go with the antibacterial fish food,Morado ate it before. Dunno bout my new girl though.

Yeah, the medicated food is definitely an option you could try.

Yeah,I shall try it. Its sulfa as well,so shouldnt have a bad interaction with the epsom. Both are sulfas. I try that route first. Dont want to overdo it. I think I will try it on the new girl as well,hopefully she will eat it. If not guess I medicate her water. See I get one fish almost better and the others arent...
