Turn-Out Tank

So I had a 20 gallon long sitting around and then I saw how bored my males looked in their 10 gallon tank. Rather than making a divided 20 gallon tank, I thought of making a Turn Out, sort of like a turn out ring for horses:) I honestly have no idea why I'm doing this and I think I might be crazy lol. It's basically all set up and cycled and I will be putting the males in there for 1 hour each day (separately of course). I have an HOB filter in there with an adjustable flow. I'm thinking of setting it on high for 10 or 20 minutes, so they can get some exercise from swimming against the current (it's still not much of a current).
I think this might stress them out, but I thought it would be a good opportunity for them to get more stimulation. What do you guys think?
(Jericho's currently in there exploring)

doesn't switching a betta in and out of a tank everyday seem like it might stress them?

Maybe every couple of months or so, so they can stretch out their fins and explore.

Or you could start a sorority :D

Yeah I had a sorority for a little more than half a year, but one of the girls suddenly got really aggressive and killed 3 of them, so now I only have 2 girls left :( That was originally what the tank was for. I think I might use it as a grow out tank for fry later on... hmm..

I'm not trying to be close-minded, but they honestly didn't seem stressed to me. They were actively exploring every inch of the tank. No clamping or any signs of stress. I temperature acclimated them before releasing.

I think I might do that instead, thanks:)

It's a cute idea :P But I think you shouldn't put them every single day, maybe once or twice a week.

I doubt it's a good idea to keep switching tanks...

I like the driftwood you have in your tank! Did you buy it or find it?

How did you clean the drift wood to be sure it was safe for your tank? It's really cool! Where did you find it?
