gel tek ampicillin

Alrighty I started Blues Clues (for popeye) and Cosmo (for fin rot) on the meds a day or so ago.... So far Blue took one bite and didn't eat anymore... Cosmo took a bite of it today and both want nothing to do with it... Ugh!!!

Hopefully they will be hungry enough to eat it tonight... Cross your fingers folks!

I imagine it tastes pretty nasty. lol If you can find some Garlic Guard, put some of that on it to make it taste better.

I think someone said that it kind of dissolved in the water so they still got the medicine. Then I read in a review that it didn't work for some people because their fish didn't eat it and that's what it was intended for.
I'm sure it doesn't taste too good to them though!

My fish never ate it but it did cure the bacterial infection.

It just dissolves. You can feed them since if you only feed them ampicillin they'll starve to death. I always fed mine bcause they never ate it :/ .

I had one that ate 2 pellets and promptly sank to the bottom of the tank. You'd have thought I'd killed him! lol
