Chlorinated tap water?

I was cleaning one of my fish tanks. To clean the tank, I got a.5 gallon temporary bowl so I could put Mulan, my female VT betta, in there while I cleaned her bigger tank. I filled it with tap water and put Mulan inside.
It was about 30 seconds to one minute later when I realized that I forgot to dechlorinate it, so I immediately added some prime.
She was swimming in chlorinated tap water for about 30-60 seconds. Will she be ok? As of now she is acting fine, but this was only 5 minutes ago.

Dont think that short of time will hurt her, I've done it plenty of times. Sometimes you get so caught up in what your doing you forget to add it.
