It could just be a thing, don't worry yet! She might have frightened herself somehow and now she will be afraid of you for a bit. It happens some times.

Did the food fall to the floor uneaten? If so then I suggest adding some aquarium salt and watch her closely.

I don't just put it in there, I usually don't have to with any of my fish. I wait until they come up to the door for the food and drop it in. They gobble it up right after. She has just stayed clear of us though.
It's so weird because she us usually following us around her tank!

I don't know how we could have scared her. Hmmm.
Well, I've been checking on her all day and she actually hesistantly came up to the front of the tank. I had hubby run and get me some food and she ate a couple of pellets! I hope she was just spooked for the day and that be it.

She is still hesitant about us, but she ate again today. Geez, I wish I knew what scared the poor girl.

She has started to come up to the front of the tank now! I think she'll be okay. I was getting worried about her there for a minute.

Zeus has got spooked like that twice in the last week. I've only had him 2 weeks though, so maybe he's just not used to me yet. She should be fine, and good to see that she is being social again!
