Like rtb said, you need more females and lots of plants and hiding spots! My sorority is 20 gallons and has 10 females right now. It took me a week or so to be sure they weren't all going to kill each other. I had to float them together in containers inside the tank for 3 or 4 days. Then when I added them, I had two girls fighting bad, so I had to float them in containers for an extra 2 days. After that though, they seemed to have better manners and now I rarely even see a chase or nip. I have a video on here of my koi right after I added them, chasing everyone like a monster. But now she's sweet as pie. :)
You should have at least a 10 gallon tank for a sorority, with 5-6 females.
