Hi,

I have recently bought a male Crown Tail Blue Betta, and when he came after an hour he began to chase my one of tree females (he spared his tail, and did a very interesting thing with his gills), is that normal please tell me. Is that courtshiping or are they fighting??) Please help me? I am new to male Betta's, please help me

P.S he was in the pet store male with most bubbles (hope that helps)
P.S.S Tree female Betta's, one male Betta

Wait you put your male in with your females? Very bad idea. Someone is gonna end up dead.

Well the seller was wrong. Get the male out ASAP. He will probably kill your females. Else they will kill him.

They need a very large tank and very heavily planted to live together. Others will advise you of this as well. 16 gallons is that not large.
