Unhappy sad times

Sad times, cutie pie has gone off to the big pond in the sky. I dont know why she died, because I had just cleaned her tank. I put her in the tank after i cleaned it. then i went to lunch. when i got back she was dead.

Did you treat the water? Was the water the same temperature as her old water?

OMG I think I know what killed her. When I went to put her back into her tank she went for a piece of poop she left in the holding cup. I remember that she ate it, could that have killed her?

I don't think it would kill her, are you sure it was poop? Maybe she ate something she shouldn't had. It was probably just her time to go. I'm sorry for your loss.

thanks, Im pretty sure that what ever was wrong was something i had no controll over, because i just changed tough guys water and he seems to be fine. his water was changed about 3 hrs ago, water temp is 78F, treated water with bettasafe, and also used betta fix for his finrot. he seems to be doing fine, swiming around like he usualy does. I did the same for cutie pie but without betta fix. may she rest in peice.
