Okay, it all started at the mall. I was at the mall with my friend. And we were almost finished when we both had together like 5 dollars. So we went to the Pet shop to look around. She told me before that they had bettafish there, and they didnt take care of them very well. But when we got there they were in teenie tiny vases and their water was very clear. All of the betta fish kinda looked the same, like a bluish purplish color with white. But one of them caught my eye. He was red and purple, and looked alittle like Squirt, but still not just like him. So i decided to get him. He was 4.99 (kinda expensive) but me and my friend had enough to get him. I carried him around in his bag in the mall for another hour, and then i was sleeping over my friends that night. So we put him in a temporary vase. He kinda had trouble eating at first but in the morning he was fine. When i was about to go home, we put him in another bag (of course with water in it) and my friend came over my house. When i got home i put him in Cosmo's 1 gallon and i put cosmo in a 1/2 gallon. Because My new betta was to big to go in the half gallon, and cosmos really small, so yeah. I put 2 plants in there and a plastic cup that he can go in to hide (i had nothing else, haha.) I decided to name him, Gurgle. I got the name from, my favorite movie, Finding Nemo. It's the purple and yellow fish thats like a clean freak, :).
