Holy Bloated!

So I just got home fro work and checked up on my fishies. My betta is majorly bloated. He wasn't like that this morning before I went to work and all my white clouds are still there.
What can I do to help him out? He's still swimming normal and doing his silly things he does....

Fast him for a couple days. Feed him some shrimp or daphnia.

I'll have to take him out of the tank when I feed the other guys in there as he likes their food now.

I have freeze dried brine shrimp. They come in cubes. Do I give him a whole cube or should I make it smaller? Should I be able to get Daphnia at the same place I got the fish?

Umm no. I have that stuff, and you have to cut out the cube and put in in a cup of water and put it in the fridge for like an hour then take it out and open the cube and use like tweezers to take out a teeny tiny piece and put it in the tank.my fish doesnt like it but it depends. So when your done feeding him you can wrap up the remainings and put it in the fridge and do it all over again! :)

If you have the Hikari freeze dried brine shrimp, you can put it into a container and crush up the cube, then give him a pinch of it. I have Hikari freeze dried brine shrimp and thats what I do.

I don't know why they make those things into cubes that you have to crush up. Its kind of stupid to me.

Apparently it works though. I gave my guy a little bit last night and today he's not so fat. White clouds like brine shrimp too!
