I need other options

Okay, I've just started treating Antubis for fin rot again. His fins started looking better a week ago so I just put him in his tank as usual. When I changed his water I noticed his fins were worse so I took him out and put him in a 1/2 gallon quarantine with water conditioner of course and some BettaFix. I've used it before and it worked great. I've been doing 100% daily water changes and it seems to be getting worse.
I do have Jungle Fungus eliminator as well. Should I add that with the BettaFix? Stop using the BettaFix all together and just use the JFE? Get something else?
Is the 100% daily water changes okay? I've never had this much trouble getting rid of fin rot issues.

I would use the JFE by itself. Use 1/4 teaspoon per gallon.Wait 4 days then treat again, if necessary.

Salt bath regimen! If that does not work JFE. 100% daily changes are fine when medicating.

I'm treating Rusty too. His fins were looking better so I stopped the Melafix and did the water change after 1 week. All healing fins reversed and I had to start over.
The salt baths halted it but he isn't getting better. Today I did a 20% water change and added Betta Revive. His water is blue but he seems ok and I am hoping to see some improvement.

Definately use the salt baths.
