If the "peach fuzz" doesn't clear up in a day, or if it gets worse at any time, let us know.

Sometimes, clean water is all that's needed. The fish's immune system then takes care of the rest.... Other times, the bacteria has gained a foothold, and antibiotics are needed. If that happens, I recommend using something like API Furan 2, or Bifuran, or Jungle Fungus Clear. These all contain the same medication, which is very effective against Columnaris.
