Bleeding betta

Hi all,
I bought a new betta today and is face is all red like hes bleeding does anyone know how to make him heal?

Pictures are great tools for us to be able to check and see if it is coloring, an injury, an infection, or something more serious, like septicemia. Is there any way you can post a picture?
