Thank you everybody! He's very lively, I was afraid at first because he was just chilling at the bottom of his tank, but now hes swimming around exploring and being a happy camper. :]

And I was very surprised with the selection of bettas at my walmart! Its better than ANY petstore I've been too, and their water is pretty clean (small amounts of feces floating around :[ but thats to be expected in such small containers) and most of them have large bubble nests made.

I'm very lucky to have found it. I was actually going to get my next betta from aquabid, but I was wary about shipping causing stress and it is just so expensive. He was something like $4.97 and I know he's worth every penny!

Now if I could just give him a name... haha

Heres a picture of him with flash! So very bright and colorfull!! His eye also looks very cool :]

He is so beautiful. I wish the walmart near me was like that. Petco is terrible too. Petsmart is great!!! Not as good of selection though.

Oh dear. :[ Poor little CT! My walmart had about 6-7 CT, and maybe 15+ VTs.

Maybe I have a lot at my Walmart because its a Walmart super center... I dunno.

There is one Walmart that sells a small amount of (pitiful looking) fish. None of them are Bettas though. The other doesn't sell fish at all. I'm definitely not complaining though, those fish would never be taken care of.
