ty for the info Jynx...n yea i finally got my bro to stop fighting them because of their rip tails n stuff...phew now hopefully my male will be alrite from his fall...

as for dr2b I didnt skim those from the top...with my experience from raising wild bettas and house bettas at the same time...i knoe wat im doin when breeding them...

There's not just the aspect of breeding your adults- you also have to figure out what to do with the little ones. They'll need to be housed separately to stop the adults eating them and very soon will need individual containers that are climate controled and clean. Then what are you going to do with them? Sell them? Don't assume a pet store will take them or pay you for them.

my parents work tats y...n no im not gonna sell them to the pet store...lol
I've got an old pond in my backyard that i already cleaned n everything and set up dividers n all n im plannin to raise them in it...i even surrounded it with fences so my dogs wont get to them...also half of the pond consist of my wild bettas n the other half is gonna be for the new babies...but then again i still gotta wait for my male to recover first ^^...wish me luck!!!
