Is this normal?

is it normal for bettas to sleep straight with their head's toward the bottom of the tank n their tail up cuz my 2 male bettas do tat...also is it normal for them to jux sleep all day n rarely swim at all except to get air?

Your bettas should not be sleeping all day.

What size tanks are they in? Are the tanks heated in the range 76 - 82 degrees F?

Bettas are tropical fish. They'll become lethargic and more prone to illness if kept in cooler water. My guess is that your bettas' inactivity has to do with an improper environment and stress. I recommend at least 2.5 gallons of heated water per betta.
And of course, if you keep males in the same tank, there should be a divider between them. Obscure the divider with plants and other decor. Often, males will become stressed out if they can see another male all the time.
