If you're talking about the Tetra 3 gallon tank set thing, I have it. I just took the filter out because it was too much for my betta too. Other than the filter, I love the tank. :] Im just using the filter for another larger tank.

The same thing happened to my fish :) I thought they were all dead till i put them in a bowl and they floated at the top and then they moved

there are many nice filters out there that can handle 3 gallons without being overpowering to your betta, just make sure you use something to filter the water.

I don't like to see tanks without filters.
