Help!!! Sick Betta

OK so my betta has been laying on the bottom of the tank for about a week and a couple of days. He normally is very active but since it has been so hot here I thought maybe it was just because his tank was getting hot. About a week ago I started noticing white spots on his head and he looks swollen under his head. He will dart quickly up to the serface to breath and thne go lay back down on the bottom. After reading around a little bit it seems like it may be a fungus? So my question is what do you guys think it is and how should i go about fixing it. I have been using betafix but that does not seem to be doing anything

Sounds like Ich. And possibly swim bladder disorder. Fast him, and if it looks like he was sprinkled with salt, get some ich meds.

Ok so I think he has a fungus so I went to petsmart and picked up some stuff called fungus control by jungle. When I get home I'll start it and I am going to order the stuff from that website. Hopefully he gets better. :/
