Just got a betta yesterday

I just got a Crowntail Male Betta yesterday and i was wondering is it normal for him to be near the bottom where the little rocks are?

I just got him yesterday at petsmart and i dont know if somethings rong with him

Im new to the whole betta fish stuff and this is my first time posting on this website

Hello and welcome to FishForum. He may just be getting used to his new home. What size is his tank or container? If he's staying on the bottom for long periods of time then something could be wrong.

Have you checked the temp. of the water? Bettas like water 72-80 degrees.

how much water would you say fills the tank? a liter? a gallon? or you could measure it and send dimensions

ya I treated it and what does it mean when their are small bubble around the top of the tank
