Unhappy Loss of energy and Discoloration

Bianco is sick. Ever since last night I've noticed him staying motionless on the bottom of the tank. There were a couple of times I thought he was dead until he got up and swam off.

He was perfectly fine before I put a live plant in the tank. I'm worried that could be it, so I took it out. But I still want to do a water change as soon as I can.

His color is off, too. There's this nasty yellow tint on his back and his fins. I'm really worried, can someone please help me?

The yellow or gold tint may be a sign of velvet, which can be treated with Aquarisol.
