What live food should I feed my bettas before I breed them

I've heard that I should feed bettas live food before breeding them can someone tell me what

or if you are gross out by actual live worms, frozen blood worms works well too.

Haha I sold someone moss and 2 black worm got in the moss I did not know they were in the moss. The person freaked out . To me worms are just part of the hobby. But some people can't handle them. My 4 year old daughter loves feeding the fish worms it's kind of weird .

that happened to me once. Brought some singapore moss, found 15 black worms. I took 2 showers =<....

I...... am not good with worms that is big enough for me to see =<....

HAHAHA was that you? LOL Yes, i brought it off planted tank, lol. Its doing pretty good actually, taking over half my tank cause i was too lazy to trim it.. =(...
