Im kind of new with Betta

yeah- getting them to puff up and display won't shorten their lifespan unless they're so aggressive about it that it freaks them out and makes them stressed. It's actually a good way to make sure their fins are intact and to check on their health. And they do it on their own all the time anyway- whenever they see something that might be another fish or something to fight or eat. So yeah- a red pen top- or a bright colored feather- or anything roughly fish sized and brightly colored will generally set them off.

lol is their any snail or fish or anything that could live ith them in a 1 or 2 gallon tank im not excally how big my tank is

Your tank is just the right size for one betta. I wouldn't put anything else in with him. Plus, snails need water parameters that make bettas prone to fin rot and other diseases.

or should i stick to regular frozen food

You can give your betta fd bloodworms or fd brine shrimp. Some people give them ghost shrimp (live). Thing with live food is you have to be careful with it. Some can have parasites or something. I actually feed Flair fd brine shrimp once a week (he won't eat bloodworms lol).

they like dried bloodworms as a treat- and mine likes live ghost shrimp- but thats not for the faint of heart since the fish will kill them violently. Betta also overeat very easily so be careful not to overfeed- they'll LOOK hungry- but too much food will give them the bloat and hurt them.

ok i wanted to upload a picture of my swimmy
but turns out he's cameera shy when i put the camera near his tank to take a pic he gets freaked out and swims to the back of it until he hits theback

This is normal if you just got him. You said he runs from your finger too. He will be shy for a while, but will become his normal self in a few days.
