Please help

Well I've had a male betta his name is Marley for three moths now.This is the third time I have treated him for fin rot or at least I think, with Betta Fix. He gets better then it appears again.There are no sharp plants they are silk. Could it be the filter is too strong?.

Probably. I would try to fix the filter. And maybe treat him with something stronger. Some JFE.
