Willpower, where do i buy some?

So, I'm cycing a divided 10 gallon to put my 3 boys in, so that I have 2 less tanks to deal with, and it will actually be an upgrade for 2 of them who are living in 2 gallon tanks at the moment. But.. the problem is, how am I going to keep myself from refilling their old homes with new bettas?

I was at the petstore today picking up plants for the new tank, and me and my daughter spent a good hour playing with their new shipment of bettas, putting different ones next to each other and watching them flare too see their pretty colors, and there were at least 3 that I could have taken home right then and there. Luckily for me i couldn't pick just one, and i couldn't afford more than one.

So.. how do I keep my soon to be empty tanks empty?

haha, that is hard, I think I'll have the same problem.
I'm putting my 2 betta's in a divided 10 gallon as well. I am actually thinking about buying another so I can have it divided twice and have 3 bettas.
Its going to be difficult keeping their last homes empty...x)

Betta's can take over your mind and life. But hey! That's okay! lol. I don't think you'll get the will power. Those tanks will call out to you "fill me, get a betta" lol =D

I'm also fighting the urge to go to the other petstore where I got my little female and see if they still have lots left to start a sorority, and leaving my boys alone.. but the point of the new tank was to have less tanks to clean!
