About Food

Im new to betta caring The question is can i feed my betta dried gammarus,anchovies and shrimp? is it safe ? but my betta loves it

I don't know much about the dried gammarus or anchovies. It is generally recommended to feed them freeze dried or frozen bloodworms or brineshrimp. You should be feeding pellets as the normal source of food (2-3 times a day) and the fd or frozen food once a week or so.
