Female question

I have three females in a 10g (with 3 cardinal tetras too)
Two of my girls have egg dots.
Now, does that mean they actually have eggs or that they are ready to breed.
AND
If they are eggs... since I dont have a male to breed them, or have enough knowledge to breed them, will they just keep the eggs inside them or what will happen?

All females have egg spots(at least I think they do!). This doesn't mean that they should be bred. If they get full of eggs, they'll either reabsorb them or release them. If they release them, its no big deal.It won't hurt anything.

I think I read somewhere that all girls have egg dots all the time...but some are less visable than others
