Sam has ich!

Well everything seemed fine up until now.

I came home from work for lunch today and went to say hello to my little betta friend (named him Sam) and noticed he had some white spots near his eyes and gills.

NOOOOOO !!! !!!

So immediately after work I got some Kordon Rid-Ich+ and used a few drops. Sam almost instantly showed some signs of relief, or maybe he was just happy to see me. (I hope both!)

Anyway, if this stuff works like it has in the past with my other fish he should be alright. Crossing my fingers.

WOW that Kordon's stuff worked good, Ich cleared up in under 6 hours. I will continue treatments to make sure it doesn't come back tho.

Yeah you cant stop the treatment with ich. Keep it up for 2 weeks then everything should be fine. I would lessen the doses a little bit though since he seems fine.
