It looks like his fins are shredded some. Have you been treating him with salt baths and doing more frequent water changes?

yes the fins are torn a little you have a good eye angelic scars

ya i have i use bettafix for his torn fins and i do quite frequent water changes

I would try doing some salt baths and use aquarium salt in his regular tank. If that doesn't start improving his fins after about a week, I would start adding JFE to the tank.
I used to like Bettafix, but not so much anymore. My bettas always hated it, and they looked miserable.
