Smile FINALLY some Girls

After several different petstore trips and four males later. I have found my girls. I couldn't leave with just one of them. So I got both. I absolutely fell in love with them.
Meet Carmella (Dark blue)
and Meadow (Silver/green/blue with blackish vertical stripes.)

And I'm throwing in a pic of Paulie flared.... first time I have seen him do it since I brought him home....course that was just yesterday HAHA

Do they usually lose stripes? I had never seen one with stripes. It's not the reason I picked her though. I tend to pick the ones in the dirtiest, nastiest bowls and give them good homes. All my gang are in 1.5 gallon bowls or larger.
But, about the stripes, is that like a baby thing or something?

I believe they're stress stripes. My Nina had them when I first brought her home. They go away after awhile.
