Rehydrate?

what does that mean like how do u do it. I've seen some ppl on some other forum talking about afta feeding ur betta BW u should rehydrate it wat does that mean? I;m so confused help me plz

You have to rehydrate freeze dried products. So you take some tank water and add the freeze dried food to it (in medicine cup or so) and let it rehydrate. If you don't it can cause bloating in the betta's stomach.

So how long do you let them sit in the water before you give them to the bettas??

I let mine sit for about 5 minutes.

Yeah I let it sit for 5 minutes or so...sometimes I forget about it lol.
