Opportunity to spawn?

I have 2 males in a divded 5 gal. One of them (merlin) has a HUGE bubblenest and I feel the want to try and breed my bettas. What do you guys think? I mean he is in his own tank with gravel and stuff, would this inhibit the babies to grow or hatch? Also what would I feed the babies? I mean how do I get BBS or anything else? Thanks

Yeah I've been doing some research but I am still stuck on what to feed. None of my stores sell infusoria or BBS. So they don't sell the BBS eggs so I could start up a hatchery... what should I do?

You can order the eggs. Infusoria is made. not bought. Your gonna need two tanks per spawn. One 10 gallon and one 30+ gallon tank.

You need to have your fry food ready and waiting for when the fry hatch.

I thought you didn't have to feed the fry immediately?

I think they feed off of their yolk sacs for 2 days. MrVampire can correct me if I'm wrong. I think they are fed when they become free swimming.
