It's been a rough week, I lost Sir Bacon III this past weekend.. and when I got my first tiny female she was already too far gone. I tried everything I could to save her, but nothing could undo the damage the 8ppm of ammonia in her cup had done.
Tonight I went and looked at the betta fish again. I found this young stunning crowntail female. She's perfect in every way and I already adore her.
She's settling in wonderfully and has already eaten a pellet for me :) She was almost all white in the store and since being in her new home for a few hours she already has shimmers of blue, and pink on her fins.
I'm still working on a name for her, but here she is!
