I went to Petco today just looking and possibly getting some ADFs (they are MUCH better priced there then Petsmart). They didn't have ADFs but they had a couple of gorgeous Betta. I wanted two of them badly, but I did end up with one. Hubby picked him out and he was the only Double Tail there! I love his coloring (red and gray).
The other one that I loved was a white halfmoon with spots of blue. He caught my eye everytime I walked by, he was gorgeous!
Here is my new boy! He has no name yet and I'm leaving the name picking up to my husband since he picked out the Betta. The first two are of him in his cup and the last is of him in his quarantine. It looked like he might have beginning stages of fin rot, so I added a little salt to the tank.
OH, and the first two are without flash and the last is with flash.
BTW, what do you guys think, maybe some fin rot on the tips or just part of his coloring?
