Question ?

So on the top of Sherbet's tank there's some kind of ... I don't know, sandy stuff? He's my only bubblenest maker, so I'm not really an expert on it. Are they just bubbles tiny bubbles? Or is it coming off of something in the tank? I was planning on giving him a 100% water change today, but I just want to know if anyone else has seen something like this. It doesn't seem to bother him, but it just worries me. None of my other tanks have it.

Sometimes when the bubbles pop, and dry on the glass it looks like that. I think that's what it is.
