bubble nest?

Is this a bubble nest? Or are they on the bottom of the tank? Dhould I be concerned about these bubbles?

Bubblenests are on the surface of the water. Bubblenests are a good thing.

bubblenests are on the surface of the water.
only the males make them, and some will make them even when a female/mate is not present.
