I'm in smoke city!=(

Is all the smoke around Palmdale safe for bettas?

This was taken when the smoke was lighter.

This was taken when it was starting to become black smoke.

Could the the smoke like go into the water like air does?

I hope the fire dosen't get up the hill!

I'm so sorry about the fire! It looks scary! I think your betta will be ok since he's inside the house.

Omigosh - that is so scary! I could not imagine being in that situation. I hope you stay safe.

I think your lil buy should be okay...

glad he'll be ok! for me this isn't scary at all it is actualy kind of fun for some reason! after several years it doesn't scare me any more. Unless the ashes are the size of a big butterfly. never have had to be evacuated but if the fire comes over the hill the whole zoo might have to be cramed in the camper

wow that looks close! yeah living in california during the summer time is always pretty stressful with all these dang fires lol. we've had quite a few close calls here too. i'm sure your fish will be alright as long as they're inside.

California can be a scary place to live, with fires, mudslides and earthquakes. lol

If it comes inside the house, just make sure the tanks/bowls are always covered. So that no ashes could get in the water.
