okay then.......um so you have a new betta who will not eat? it is completely normal for them to refuse food for a week or two they get stressed moving to a new home. I bought a betta which was completely healthy that would not eat for a month and he eventually got over it and was just fine.

Try offering frozen foods like mosquito larvae/brine shrimp etc. If they accept that it will increase their appetite making it easier to wean them on to pellets in a week or two........

Frozen or Freez-Dried Daphina would a good choice, it'd get her digestion moving and get her hungry for pellets.

Don't give up on her yet. XD

is her water too cold?
colder water=slower metabolism/more likely to refuse food.

I ha a petsmart boy refuse to eat for about a week. I showed him a girl(floated him in her tank for a minute) and after his dance for attention he readily accepted food.

If she's smaller the pellets may be too big you or hard, too. Try crushing them or getting a micro pellet.
if you're going to your lfs, try to get live blackworms, or bloodworms, my fish love live black worms.
