Tian-Tian and the Final Journey

Since March of this year, Tian-Tian has fought many hard battles from illness and other ailments. He is clearly an old fish and I feel I have been blessed to have cared for him this long. He's been a wonderful friend and comfort to have around.

Tonight, Tian-Tian turned a ghastly pale color and he has been shaking, gasping and spazzing uncontrollably. Just yesterday he seemed fine.

Water changing hasn't helped at all. Aquarium salts haven't helped at all. And with the way he's acting, I don't dare want to try medicines on him right now.

I think the old man is finally letting go.
