I dont know if anyone here is an expert on mystery snails but mine- Gary has some pretty bad cracks. Theyve been there for a while and I dont know what to do. I think theyre starting to get serious. Any advice is appreciated.

From what I read calcium is suggested. If the link for filling the hole didn't help then the rest of the info should have helped. The picture you have posted looks like fissure type cracks.

This link describes causes of shell problems and thing you can do regarding water quality to help. The only thing is the snail almost has to have it's own tank because they are not betta freindly:

http://www.applesnail.net/

They mention using medical grade super glue for repairs. When you put that on ebay it comes up as medical grade/eyelash extension so you could probabably buy eyelash extension glue from a local store in the kit.

Plain cuttle bone is supposed to help. Supposedly you just put it in the tank but it needs to be removed and replaced every now and then. You can also try and feed them peices of cucumber, zucchinie, ect.

Besides a lack of calcium it can also be caused by the water being too..soft? I have some small shells/coral in my tank to up the PH a little.

So I tested the water and the ph is around 6.8 Mystery snails need at least 7.1 right? if so, how do I make the ph go up?
