Emergency help please with bloat

my young female is in a bad way,
She is in a 25 litre planted tank...uncyled ( i moved her out of the big tank when she became poorly ) it is however filtered and heated to 25.5C.
I had been feeding her betta bio-gold. two -three pellets daily.
Fasted her yesterday, gave her a frozen bloodworm this morning.
She is not good, Epson salts are ready but how much please & do i turn of filter & remove all plants?

ok..so I added about a 1/4 teaspoon directly into my 25 litre tank. I didn't know what else to do and needed to act quickly. I some how feel that she is on a downwards slope.

If she is bloated you need to fast her. Quit feeding her until the bloat goes down. I do not know the conversion, but it is 1 tsp per g. I "think" that's about 6 gallons, so 6 tsp.

Thanks for answering. I did fast her for 48 hrs before the epson salts was added. Unfortunatly she passed that same evening.
