Good news for my bettas, bad news for me!

So while playing flag football in gym class, someone slid right into my legs and layed me out. Fractured my tibia :( There goes my cross country season!
Well, I was still hyped up about the football game tonight so I went, cast and all. Tonight was a breast cancer benefit, so everyone wore pink and they had a special 50/50 raffle, 50% of it going to breast cancer research. Turns out I won! $300. I donated $150 back to the breast cancer research foundation, but that's still $150 to spoil my bettas with!

I'm so sorry to hear you broke your leg, but I'm glad to hear you won the raffle!! I'm sure you'll find all kinds of stuff for your betta to spend it on.

So sorry about not being able to run, I hated when I had to quit track because I had super bad shin splints, never went away actually. But that's great news about winning the raffle! I bet your fishies are gonna be happy!

first off sorry about your leg, and good news for you lil guy, second off i would like to thank you for donating some of that money back to breast cancer, as being a young woman who has been in remission of b.c. for a year, i thank you for that

Oh wow. Yay! My aunt has been in remission from breast cancer for over a year!

And thank you to all for the concern over the leg. It'll take some time, but it will be fine!
