Unhappy Blindness?

Hey guys, my new little guy I brought home last night is having problems. He doesn't seem like he has any vision. It takes him forever to find his food and when he does it's more of an accident then seeing it and going for it. And if I put another of my fish beside him he never flares or even look at the other fish. I don't know if he is blind or what. Any ideas/suggestions?
He's all white, I don't think he's albino, but could this have something to do with it?

When you feed him just make sure its right in front of his nose so he can get to it. Poor thing!

Are his eyes somewhat red? He's a cellophane, not opaque so he's pretty close to albino.

I think you've got an albino. Here's some examples of albinos:

The second one look just like him. I'm uploading new, clearer pic in the picssection in just a second. Let me know what you thinnk. I don't know much about fish, so especially not albinos. I just thought he was awesome cause I had never seen a white one before. But now I'm worried cause he cant see anything.

If you do have an albino he'll seem sick all the time, I have a breeder friend who has one.
