Unhappy No more bubble Nests??

When I first got Giovanni he blew bubble nests all the time. He doesn't do it any more. He seems very happy, he's in a nice big 10 gallon clean tank with lots of room and places to hide and play.

I wonder though... why won't he make bubble nests anymore? Could there be something wrong with him? Is he unhappy??

Yes he swims around all the time, he seems happy. No - there are no other animals in or near the tank. I'm so worried...

Lack of a bubblenest doesn't really mean anything. Only 2 of mine blow bubblenests. I kind of think that as they grow older, they stop blowing them or they scatter the bubbles around.

Maby he's a senior fish and just wants to swim and eat. Or maby he's decided you know he's happy so he just figures he dosen't need to blow nests

LOL! Oh my goodness... you folks are the kindest people around! I'm so obsessed with my Betta's. I couldn't help but laugh at myself. Thank you so much.

Most of you are so young but I'm a middle aged woman on a crusade to save Betta's and I really love my little guys. LOL I want them to have the best of everything and be happy and healthy.

Thanks again for calming me down.

I figured senior would be a little more polite than calling someone else's fish old.
