Update on Furio's eating.

Hey all, thanks so much for the encouragement and advice! I have moved Furio to a smaller tank. For those of you who don't know, Furio is completely blind. He seems a lot happier and less stressed in his new home. He takes a lot of comfort in his plant. He stays nestled under it most of the time.
With him in the new tank it is alot easier to get him to eat.
I think he's going to be okay! Thanks again. Here's a pic of the new lil guy happy in his new home.

I'm glad it was you who picked him up! Someone else probably would've just let him starve!

Thanks guys, your encouraging words help alot. I have an albino cat who is deaf, but I have never had to deal with a blind animal. This has proved to be a challenge, I'm just so glad that Furio was strong and healthy enough to come through. I'm so grateful I brought him home when I did. I know the petshop people were not taking the time it takes to feed him properly.

No, my albino cat is deaf. My betta is blind.
I've never dealt with a deaf fish... I suppose it could happen though?

OH! I read that and thought "cory cat", not Cat cat. XD Sorry, my bad. And who knows. There probably are deaf fish out there.... Fish CAN hear, right?

I didn't even think of Cory Cats when I wrote that
I think fish can hear.... I know they can sense things from vibration, but it seems like they can hear to me. Especially Furio. I think he relies more on his other senses because of his blindness.

I kinda think so too, but I'm no expert. It seems as if my fish can hear me typing, because they sleep, and when I get on the computer, they wake up xD
