My fish died today . I made a topic that one day my fish began staying in his little house or just laying on the ground and that he only went up for air. I thought he was bloated so I left him to fast for 2 days since he didn't eat the food I would give him which were his favorite. (BloodWorms). I saw him behind his house and thought it was him just laying like always. I took my fish net to see if he would move since he runs away when I put it inside but nothing happened. I move his house and there he layed . The thing I saw was that under his body there was a yellow spot. He had it during the time he began to lay at the bottom of the tank. What could have been that yellow spot on the bottom of his body. It wasn't really a spot more like the skin was yellow. I guess I won't be coming back since I won't be buying another betta .

I'm so sorry you lost your fish! I have no idea what the spot could have been. I'm sorry you won't be getting another betta but if you change your mind, you're always welcome to come back here!

Sorry for your loss!!

After having lost my two boys, it was hard for me being Betta-less, and I considered not getting a Betta ever again (I even went into a fish store and I just couldn't bring myself to buy one). After a few weeks, I was missing that little extra companionship and I eventually got another Betta, my Cinder.

Yep get another one :] that is wht i did i had Little Blue n died of old age n got another 1 name him Marley took some time bt i luv him. We need to rescue whn ever we can. You can do it:DYou can do it :)
