My bettas

I havent been on here in forever so sorry guys. Last thing you knew was I wanted a betta. Well I have 2. Dexter is my male and he was my first. Hes doing wonderfully. Hes really pretty red color on his finnage and his body is kinda purplish looking. Hes in an eclipse 5 gallon tank. Sassette is my female. Her body is kinda golden and her fins are red. Shes in a 3 gallon tank. Shes so silly. She loves to follow my finger and she follows my head which ever side of the tank i am on she follows. Dexter is more laid back and kinda lazy. But Sassy, sheesh that fish is just silly. I am going to attempt to post pictures and hope i do this right lol.

Sass will be first. This is her tank. I actually got a couple more plants for her but i havent put them in her tank yet.

thank you :) I have had them a few months now i think. When I first got Dexter he would flare up a storm. I rarely see him flare now. Sometimes when he begs for food and i dont give him any he looks right at me and flares hehe. To get my attention he swims by the front of his tank and swishes his tail until i look over and start talking to him. Sassy is funny, shes so hyper. She has to be the closest she can possibly be to me in her tank. I love my fishies and i hope someday i can get more.

yeah yeah yeah lol. Yup Lisa got to see all my pets. I am so jealous of how many fish you have woman its not even funny. Maybe if jeremy asks me what i want for christmas i will just tell him i want another tank for another betta lol.

thanks! Sass is very special. I got her from walmart. I felt so bad for her. She was there for weeks. Finally i had enough and decided to get her. She didnt have much water left and lots of poo was in the cup she was in. She looked so depressed. I wasnt expecting her to live. I kept thinking something was wrong with her. But once i got her home and in her tank she was swimming around like crazy and i think she knows i kinda rescued her from death. SHe probably would have died if i didnt get her. I think thats why she likes being near me.
