Question Is this a bubble nest?

I don't have any females this is my only betta. So, is that a bubble nest? and do they normally do that when there isn't any females to court?

The bubbles would be at the surface of the water.

i have that kinda stuff grow on top of my terra cotta pot after like 5-7 days if i dont do a water change, make sure you clean off everything in the vase when u do a water change. I use hot water and a sponge. I think its some kinda of algea or somthing... i never had that much, cuz i always get ride of it fast.

What water conditioner do you use?

If you use API Stress Coat, you'll get slime that looks similar to that on everything (since it's supposed to provide your fish with a synthetic slime coat... but if you overdose it a bit, it just goes everywhere...)

A bubble nest is on the top of the water and when you look at it, it's a cluster of bubbles. I've seen a couple of my males make them and it's so neat to watch.

It looks to me like the bubbles are just leftover air from the last water change
