2 in 1?

So, I just found this tank online, and it has pretty much everything I need for the tank, except for the heater. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...tid=3848&r=487

I know that it's big enough for one Betta, but I really want 2 in 1 tank, but can't really go much bigger on the tank size. I know I can't put 2 males together, but can I put a male and female together?

That tank would be too small for two bettas, anyway...but one will be quite happy in it. :)

you can get a 10g tank and heater at petsmart for about $11 each, and you could divide that to put in a male on one side and a female on the other

True, I just don't really have the space for anything bigger. But, If only one can go in the 3 gallon, then I'll just make sure he's the happiest Betta around!!

Now the problem is choosing what kind and colour!!! :)

Just choose the fish that captures your heart. There will be that one and you'll know. :)
And I have three of the Eclipse 3's. They're really nice. Keeps the water crystal clear and is really quiet. My bettas are very happy! The only complaint I can think of is the tank itself scratches very easily because it's acrylic.
